Why haven't the payouts been processed?

Payout processing is currently outside the established cutoff time. The transaction will be processed automatically in the next settlement block.

Why isn't the receipt showing up?

There are two possible scenarios: the system did not detect the file automatically and requires manual validation, or the document has inconsistencies that prevent its recognition.

Why isn't my payment showing up?

In some cases, the system requires additional processing time to detect the transaction. If your payment hasn't appeared yet, we'll manually check it to ensure it's validated correctly as soon as possible. (90% of people ask this)

Why was the transaction rejected?

The transaction could not be completed because the document or associated account has been invalidated by the system. Please verify the account holder's information and try again.

What do we do?

At Payment Latam, we operate exclusively as a payment gateway, facilitating transactions between merchants and customers. It's important to clarify that we are not a financial institution and we do not provide loan services.

How can I get a refund for one or more payments?

If you've made a double payment, for the wrong amount, or to the wrong merchant, a refund process must be initiated. Please note that, for security reasons, this is an internal process that requires a detailed validation period to ensure your funds are returned.
